Brake Performance
Safeline´s brake pad compound is specifically formulated to give you the best possible
brake feel and performance. Our pads give excellent bite on initial application of the
brake pedal. The braking performance then gets progressively better through out the brake
cycle, allowing the weight transfer to take place to the front wheels of the car before
the pads reach maximum friction levels.
Our particular pad compound offers a reassuring brake action with less chance of wheel
lock up in emergency situations. Safeline Brake Pads are heat-stable to an
industry-leading 600° centigrade therefore reducing the chance of brake fade on standard
vehicles.

Brake pad life
The Safeline product range gives excellent pad life. We aimed to give our customer the
best possible mileage for their money. Brake pad life depends on many factors such as driving
style, condition of the brake system and weight of the vehicle.
Brake pad disc life
Due to our unique copper formulation Safeline brake pads dramatically reduce disc
abrasion when compared to many other brands. The bottom line is that by fitting Safeline,
your discs or rotors (which are normally an expensive component in your system) will last
substantially longer.
